Ruth Hudson has a BA Hons in Fine Art, History of Art and English Literature from Newcastle upon Tyne University. She has completed courses at The Chelsea School of Art. UAL and The Leicester Print Workshop and is currently studying for an MA in Fine Art at The Cambridge School of Art.

"My work explores how we lose, regain and mould our identities throughout life due to circumstance and society. Throughout my art practice I have worked around themes of belonging and look at both the unifying and divisive aspects of motherhood, womanhood and female relationships. I combine print making techniques and photography to create emotive narratives that feel personal and relatable."
